The Eucharist, also called Holy Communion or the Mass, is a service in which we celebrate the presence of Christ through the sacred scriptures and in the breaking of bread. Mass is celebrated regularly in our church and is at the heart of all we do as a community. The regular times of our weekly worship are below.
8am Quiet, reflective Mass
11am The Parish Mass
With Junior Church in term time
The third Sunday in the month is usually a Family Mass, when we welcome members of our uniformed groups. There is no Junior Church on these Sundays.
Mass is celebrated quietly on these days, usually lasting about 30 minutes
Tuesday 7pm (from 6.30pm the church is open for silent prayer before the Blessed Sacrament)
Wednesday 10am followed by coffee and chat
Saturday 10am followed by coffee and chat
The seasons of the liturgical year including Christmas, the Easter Triduum and Saint’s Days are kept with due solemnity. Please see the weekly bulletin, our Facebook page or elsewhere on this website for up to date information.
